The Audit, Finance and Risk Management Committee (AFRMC) is constituted as a Committee of the Council on Higher Education (Council) in accordance with Section 26 of the Council Governance Policy and Charter.
The responsibilities of the AFRMC shall be to:
- Budgets
- Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Internal Audit
- External Audit
- Risk Management and Internal Control
- Ethics and Whistle-blowing
- Governance
