Council on Higher Education (CHE) staff bid farewell to Fulbright schooler Dr. Tisha M. Paredes (clad in a beautiful Basotho blanket).
She stayed for two (2) months to support CHE on its quality assurance mandate under the auspices of the American Embassy in Lesotho.
